1.In compliance with the “Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China”, from the date of signing this assignment, all authors of the above mentioned paper agree to grant the editorial department of China Brewing to free use the right of compilation and printing, and the electronic right of reproduction, distribution, translation and information network dissemination of the paper in worldwide. All authors authorize the editorial department of China Brewing, or others and medias, to exclusively represent them to apply registration or use the paper in various languages. The license period is the same as the copyright protection period of the paper.
2.In signing this assignment, the relevant issues are stated as following: 
(1) The paper is an original research result independently obtained by the copyright holders. The content of the paper shall not involve national secrets.
(2) The paper shall not be published in any form and in any language at home or abroad, and shall not be multiple submitted.
(3) The content of the paper shall not be infringed on the copyright and other rights of others, otherwise the authors will bear all responsibilities arising from the infringement of the paper content and compensate for all losses caused to China Brewing.
(4) The right of authorship of the paper shall not be disputed. Once the paper is finalized, the order of the signatures shall not be changed. For special circumstances, a statement from the work unit of the authors with the common seal must be required. If the right of authorship disputation is occurred, all the responsibility borne by the authors of the paper.
(5) The authors of the paper may not permit anyone to assign the paper copyright in any form, but the authors of the paper can quote (or translate) parts of the paper in own subsequent works or compile it in own non-journalistic anthology.
(6) The signatory has been authorized to sign this assignment on behalf of all authors.
(7) After the paper is first published in China Brewing, the editorial department will pay the authors of the paper a lump-sum remuneration (including copyright license fee) and will offer two journal samples. If the editorial department further publish the paper in any other form, there is no further payment for the authors of the paper.
3.The assignment of copyright shall take into effect from the date of signing, if the editorial department rejects the manuscript, this assignment will be automatically invalidated. The authors should send the original copy of the assignment to the editorial department by mailing. If the authors submit the assignment copy via e-mail or submission system, it has the same legal effect as the original.
