Abstract

PCR-DGGE(polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis), is a kind of rapid, high sensitivity and good repeatability technology. Due to its unique characteristic, it is widely applied to the analysis and identification of microbial community, for example in the area of Chinese liquor. This paper introduced some research progress in application of PCR-DGGE in Chinese liquor microbiology.
