Abstract

The present study was performed to investigate the influence of natrium gluconate on the reproduction of baby pig enteric lactic acid bacteria by spread plate, has proved that adding definite masses of natrium gluconate in feed can accelerate the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and multiplication. Isolating and purifying one strain of lactic acid bacteria from baby pig intestinal canal, and then studied the anxo-action of natrium gluconate. The result showed that low concentration natrium gluconate can promote the growth of the lactic acid bacteria, while high concentration natrium gluconate has inhibit function.
