Determination of mono-phenols in wild Vitis quinquangularisris wine in Guangxi Du’an

Abstract

Vitis quinquangularisris is one wild grape specie originated in China and wine made from it has unique flavour style and health functions.Contents of 10 import mono-phenols,such as gallic acid and catechin in wild Vitis quinquangularisris and NW196 wines were determined by HPLC for obtaining of composition of phenolics.The result showed that contents of 10 import mono-phenols in two wine samples were higher than that in cultivated Cabernet Sauvignon wine,with different composition and proportion.Gallic acid,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid and catechin had high contents in two samples.
