Abstract

Mold contamination is the main cause of the grain production losses and might also cause public health problems due to the production of mycotoxins. A strain that had antifungal performance was screened and obtained from soil. The strain was identified by Biolog microbial identification system and mice acute toxicity tests, and the physicochemical properties of its metabolite were analyzed preliminarily. The results showed that the strain CG1.0062 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. After centrifugal, the liquid supernatant had stable inhibition ability on Penicillium. The fermentation time, 80 ℃ heating, pH adjustment and proteinase K treatment had significant effect on antifungal activity. The antifungal metabolite was extracellular product, and was inferred as proteins.
