Application of membrane technology in purification technology of L-alanine
L-alanine was extracted from fermentation broth with ceramic membrane and nanofiltration membrane technology. By the experimental study, the filter material was determined by high temperature sterilization for 20 min at 80 ℃. The membrane surface flow velocity was determined in 5 m/s. UA60 nanofiltration membrane model was selected for decolorization and salt removal. The transmittance increased 43.6%, and the phosphate removal rate reached 59.8%, the L-alanine interception was 10.5%. After purification by membrane filtration, the total yield of L-alanine was 85.9%.
