Abstract

In order to optimize the extraction conditions of grass carp intestinal antimicrobial substances, using grass carp intestine as raw material, the influence of acetic acid concentration, material to liquor ratio and ultrasonic time on preliminary extraction of grass carp intestinal antimicrobial substances was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The test results showed that factors influencing the grass carp intestinal antimicrobial substances extraction in order were acetic acid concentration, material to liquor ratio, ultrasonic time. The optimal preliminary extracting condition were as follows: acetic acid concentration 10%, material to liquor ratio 1∶3.5 (g∶ml), ultrasonic time 10 min, socking 24 h at 4 ℃. Under this condition, the antimicrobial activity was effective, the antibacterial circle diameter of Staphylococcus aureus was 3.106 0 cm, and the antibacterial circle diameter of Escherichia coli was 2.028 4 cm.
