采用陶瓷膜从发酵液中提取乳酸链球菌素。根据乳链菌肽的生物活性单位效价和陶瓷膜通量，确定了对乳酸链球菌素进行提取时的基本参数：陶瓷膜孔径为200nm，膜面流速为5m/s，浓缩倍数为25倍，加水量为15%，乳酸链球菌素的回收率达到94.0%，可以满足生产需求。

Nisin was precipitated from fermentation broth concentrated with ceramic membrane. On the basis of polency of nisin and permeation flux of ceramic membrane, the basic parameters of separation of nisin were determined. The parameters were as follow: ceramic membrane with pore size of 200nm, membrane surface velocity 5m/s, the concentration of 25 times, the amount of water 15%. The nisin recovery was 93.5% which can meet the production requirements.
