摘要

该文回顾了我国柠檬酸工业的创立过程与发展历程,着重介绍了近几年来柠檬酸的产量和生产技术水平的提高,并对我国已挤身于世界柠檬酸强国行列的内在原因进行了分析,进而较深入地介绍了我国柠檬酸生产中菌种、发酵、提取和"三废"处理等方面的创新技术以及所取得的经济、社会效益。

Abstract

The establishment of China’s citric acid industry and its development were reviewed in this paper.The reason that citric acid industry of China stayed in the ranks of the world was further analyzed.In addition,the research of citric acid production including strain,fermentation,extraction and wastewater treatment were introduced.
