真菌毒素不仅会污染食品,而且会对人类的健康产生严重危害。该综述全面收集整理了美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本、韩国等国家,香港、澳门和台湾地区以及食品法典委员会、欧盟等国际组织发布的有关食品中真菌毒素法规限量标准要求,并进行了比较,为完善我国食品中真菌毒素的控制管理,促进相关标准与国际接轨提供有益的参考。
Abstract
Mycotoxins not only contaminate food, but also cause serious harm to human health. The paper collected some relevant regulations on mycotoxins limit standards, which were published by contries as United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, regions as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and national organization as Codex Alimentarius Commission, European Union. Above all, a comprehensive comparison among the regulations was given to provide useful reference for promoting relevant standards to integrate with the international regulations, and thus improving the management and control of mycotoxins in food in the mainland of China.
