Compared with material wealth,the non-material or "soft" characteristics of spiritual prosperity make its boundaries more difficult to grasp in practice.The context of modern society and Chinese path to modernization stipulates the space-time dimension of understanding common prosperity of spiritual life.Its modern implications emphasize the relatively fair prosperity of spiritual life based on certain standards,instead of the misunderstanding of "self-satisfactions" of individual spiritual life.It can be expressed as the equitable distribution of resources in multiple dimensions of spiritual life based on a certain material foundation and the satisfaction of practical and feasible needs under the guidance of national core values,Its internal attributes are mainly embodies in spirituality,value orientation and dependence,while its external characteristics are mainly embodies in cultural sharing,value consensus and spiritual cohesion.We need to understand the attribute and characteristics of common prosperity of spiritual life,so that we can better promote the practice of common prosperity of spiritual life.

In order to make college students realize the importance of data security and improve their awareness of data security. Based on the full analysis of the problems existing in college students' data security education, this paper puts forward specific implementation strategies from three aspects: teaching content system, the responsibilities universities should shoulder, and the promotion of textbook construction. The above strategies can improve the data the awareness of security of college students, pay attention to data security issues, consciously use secure data, and avoid unnecessary losses caused by secret information leakage. Lead college students to expand their data security knowledge to the whole society and promote the improvement of data security level of the whole society.

To draw lessons from the experience of interaction in our human society is now more needed than ever, especially when the interaction and co-development between the Orient and the West along the Silk Road is a core part of East Asian history and the Oriental history, as well as an important part of the human civilization history.To update the summary of positive and negative lessons for the recent century, it will not only meet our demand to promote the East Asia history discipline, but also theoretically support the 21st- Century Maritime Silk Road.

Since the 20th century,the world economy has undergone unprecedented changes.The large-scale experiments of market economy and planned economy,as well as the booming capitalist economic transformation and socialist economic reform,have not only challenged the traditional so-called mainstream economics,but also created conditions for the emergence of new economics.This paper argues that the theoretical and practical conditions for constructing economics from Chinese perspective are now in place,therefore,economists should cooperate with other social scientists to summarize historical laws,respond to the requirements of the era,actively explore the construction of a new knowledge system of economics targeting mixed forms economics,and creat a future-oriented economics from Chinese perspective.

After years of accumulation, semiconductor cooperation among China, Japan and South Korea has entered a new stage of innovation-driven development. Although cooperation in the new era still faces challenges such as Western technology blockades and the Ukrainian crisis, it has also ushered in multiple opportunities. The three countries can leverage their respective comparative advantages to deepen cooperation in key core materials, manufacturing equipment and other fields to contribute to the improvement of the overall development level of the industry and the construction of a stable and secure East Asian semiconductor supply chain system. To this end, China can take the initiative to promote the deep integration of China-Korea semiconductor industry, consolidate existing Japanese and Korean semiconductor and component production bases, further strengthen and improve industrial support policies, orderly promote China's version of VLSI plan and jointly tackle common technical problems with Japanese and South Korean enterprises.

Representative democracy system, established after "Glorious Revolution", brings about technology revolution and industry revolution, which frees social productive power and make the British Empire rise to the earliest industrialized power in the world. It is the decisive factor to the summit of the British Empire. However, the logic of democratic politics is opposed to that of imperial politics. The development of democratic politics is bound to lead to the breakdown of imperial politics. The rise of the British Empire is due to the emergence of representative democracy, while the breakdown of the British Empire is due to the progress of democratic politics. The British Empire is unique in the history of empires in the world whose warning to the mankind is that all the dreams of imperial sovereign go against the mainstream of democratic progress of human beings, and they are bound to be eliminated by the mainstream civilization of human beings.

Although there are many researches on Levinas' artistic ideas, there are also many limitations and misunderstandings on it. Levinas points out in Existence and Existents that“art is the pursuit of the sense of exoticism”, which represents the gist of his artistic ideas. Although the existing researches have involved some ideas, further explanations are necessary. In this work, Levinas criticizes the“artistic imitation”and“artistic presentation”by describing the“sense of exoticism”stored in various art forms and works, indicating that“the pursuit of the sense of exoticism is the creative essence of art”.He compared the “sense of exoticism” of art to the “externality” of existence, and presented his phenomenological thinking and unique understanding of art: he rebuilt sensibility and oriented towards the other by removing the general form of things. Interpretation of this argument can effectively clarify the existing research problems: Levinas is not“anti-art”. However, the use of“heterogeneous aesthetics”to summarize its meaning is not accurate and easy to misunderstand. His emphasis on ethics does not imply that he supports the intervention of art in reality.

With the implementation of the US Cloud Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, multiple jurisdiction conflicts are almost inevitable. In the process of data exit security review, there are different laws and regulations in different countries, resulting in the situation of prohibiting and restricting data exit. At the same time, data powers are exerting influence on the security review of data exit by other sovereign states through the extraterritorial application of their own laws, and even requiring other data sovereign states to voluntarily provide data, triggering jurisdiction conflicts. In order to cope with the jurisdiction conflicts in data exit security review, the international community mainly manifests that the United States has begun to transform from building bilateral rules to multilateral rules, the European Union has established an international model of data exit security review through the data protection whitelist system, India has integrated into the data exit security review system established by the United States, and Russia has established the purpose of both internal and external strict data exit security review. The above measures have provided a positive reference for countries to deal with the jurisdiction conflict of data exit security review.

NFT, taking blockchain technology and smart contracts as basic technical framework, is an important infrastructure for Metaverse practice. NFT means Non-Fungible Token, which should be characterized as an encrypted digital token, rather than a real or virtual property in civil law, let alone legal currency or cryptocurrency. There are three main types of criminal risks in the current practice of NFT: firstly, the criminal risk of using NFT to set up scams, pyramid schemes or fund-raising fraud; secondly, the risk of intellectual property crime, data and asset security risk in NFT application; thirdly, the use of NFT for money laundering as well as the risks brought about by its financialization. In this regard, the criminal ecology of NFT should be systematically sorted out to theoretically empower judicial practice, establish industry self-regulatory rules to guide compliance operation of NFT platform, clarify the power and responsibility of the departments to achieve NFT supervision reasonably; Actively introduce the regulatory sandbox model to promote the transformation from one-way supervision to multi-governance supervision.

At the same time, in view of the problems such as the lack of understanding and the limitation of analysis in the research, we should continue to deepen the theoretical research from multiple perspectives, deepen the study of multiple relations, strengthen the“quality”and“quantity”analysis and enrich the study of concrete measures. This will not only promote the depth and breadth of media consumerism research, but also help to maintain a good social atmosphere for the healthy development of media.

Kyrgyzstan is one of the five countries in Central Asia with relatively lagging economic development, and it is also one of the countries with a relatively unstable political situation. Nationalism plays an important role in Kyrgyzstan's political and social life. Nationalism is used by the Kyrgyzstan authorities and opposition to create exclusivity among citizen groups and differences among ethnic groups.Identity narrative becomes a political arrangement that drives narrators (regime elites) and audiences (ordinary people) to promote or oppose the consensus of a certain group. The analysis shows that Kyrgyzstan nationalism combines issues such as the external exclusivity of citizen nationalism, the fragility of the symbiotic relationship between the subject nation and non-subject nation, and the internal contradictions of the subject nation. The contradictions and conflicts between Kyrgyzstan's citizenship narrative of constructing a modern country and the ancient traditional tribal identity narrative form the narrative logic for understanding Kyrgyzstan's serious nationalism. Getting rid of the imperial legacy and reconstructing the identity narrative, thereby guiding nationalist emotions to a rational path, may be the direction of Kyrgyzstan's efforts to overcome nationalism and build a modern country.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should promote high-level opening up. First, this paper summarizes the major historical achievements in China’s opening up process. Second, this paper analyzes the external and internal challenges faced by high-level opening up. Third, this paper lays out the strategies which should be adopted to accelerate the process of high-level opening up, which include building a high-level socialist market economy, developing a unified national market, improving the scientific and technological innovation system, promoting industrial upgrading, facilitating a new mechanism of international multilateral cooperation, expanding institution-oriented opening up, optimizing domestic regional layout of opening up, and promoting RMB internationalization in an orderly way.

Agricultural digitalization is an inevitable choice to promote agricultural and rural modernization to make breakthroughs, and it is the must-pass path to achieve all-round rural revitalization and accelerate the building of a agricultural power. Taking this as a starting point, the paper makes an indepth study on the mechanism and path of rural revitalization empowered by agricultural digitalization. The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC emphasized that we should grasp the main theme of“peace and development”and promote world prosperity and civilization. From three dimensions, the article analyses Chinese approach, path and plan for grasping the theme of peace and development and promoting world prosperity and civilization progress. Firstly, Chinese path to modernization is to adhere to the path of peaceful development. The first CPC centennial historical development has led China to continuously integrate into the world economic governance system, and China has become an important player in global development. Secondly, facing complex new international situation, China has provided international public goods such as the Belt and Road initiative,“building a community with a shared future for mankind”, Global Development Initiative and Global Security Initiative, and China has become a participant, practitioner and contributor in promoting the socio-economic development of countries and world peace and stability. Thirdly, China advocates practicing genuine multilateralism and abiding by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, actively keeps on promoting the reform of the global governance system and enhancing multilateral international cooperation, and makes contributions to world peace and stability, human progress and prosperity.

Cultural heritage protection policy is one of the important paths of cultural heritage protection, which has evolved from a discourse of national salvation discourse, resource control discourse, and regime consolidation discourse before 1949 to a discourse of political guidance discourse, revolution discourse to social development discourse and complex inclusion discourse after 1949. The change of policy discourse constantly responds to the real needs of cultural heritage conservation work, and is a reflection of the political environment, ideology, economic development and social changes. Looking back at the history of policy development, the choice of gradualist paths and the policy practices of convergence and divergence in the process constitute the empirical facts of policy. In the current cultural heritage conservation policy practice, the sense of localization has become more and more obvious, which is reflected in the introduction of the concept of local conservation, the formulation of policies based on administrative divisions, and the“people-oriented”development path.
