In order to make college students realize the importance of data security and improve their awareness of data security. Based on the full analysis of the problems existing in college students' data security education, this paper puts forward specific implementation strategies from three aspects: teaching content system, the responsibilities universities should shoulder, and the promotion of textbook construction. In order to cope with the jurisdiction conflicts in data exit security review, the international community mainly manifests that the United States has begun to transform from building bilateral rules to multilateral rules, the European Union has established an international model of data exit security review through the data protection whitelist system, India has integrated into the data exit security review system established by the United States, and Russia has established the purpose of both internal and external strict data exit security review. The above measures have provided a positive reference for countries to deal with the jurisdiction conflict of data exit security review.

In this regard, the criminal ecology of NFT should be systematically sorted out to theoretically empower judicial practice, establish industry self-regulatory rules to guide compliance operation of NFT platform, clarify the power and responsibility of the departments to achieve NFT supervision reasonably; Actively introduce the regulatory sandbox model to promote the transformation from one-way supervision to multi-governance supervision.

Kyrgyzstan is one of the five countries in Central Asia with relatively lagging economic development, and it is also one of the countries with a relatively unstable political situation. Nationalism plays an important role in Kyrgyzstan's political and social life. Nationalism is used by the Kyrgyzstan authorities and opposition to create exclusivity among citizen groups and differences among ethnic groups.Identity narrative becomes a political arrangement that drives narrators (regime elites) and audiences (ordinary people) to promote or oppose the consensus of a certain group. The analysis shows that Kyrgyzstan nationalism combines issues such as the external exclusivity of citizen nationalism, the fragility of the symbiotic relationship between the subject nation and non-subject nation, and the internal contradictions of the subject nation. The contradictions and conflicts between Kyrgyzstan's citizenship narrative of constructing a modern country and the ancient traditional tribal identity narrative form the narrative logic for understanding Kyrgyzstan's serious nationalism. Getting rid of the imperial legacy and reconstructing the identity narrative, thereby guiding nationalist emotions to a rational path, may be the direction of Kyrgyzstan's efforts to overcome nationalism and build a modern country.

The digital transformation of agriculture is faced with such realistic difficulties as insufficient digital talent reserve, weak digital foundation, insufficient capital investment together with waste of resources, and the inadequate and unbalanced transformation of all links of the industrial chain. It should be optimized by such paths as constructing a virtuous circle system of talents, promoting systematic innovation projects, increasing investment in capital resources, and strengthening digital investment and transformation of weak links in the industrial chain.

It is of great academic significance and policy value to accurately assess the impact of anti-corruption on the high-quality development of enterprises. By regarding the new anti-corruption policies implemented since the 18th CPC National Congress as exogenous shocks, this paper takes the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share non-financial listed companies from 2009 to 2018 as research samples and constructs a quasi-natural experiment based on the differences in anti-corruption efforts of different regions. A different-difference model is constructed to evaluate the effect of the new anti-corruption policy on the high-quality development of enterprises, and the mechanism of action of the policy is further tested. It is found that the new anti-corruption policy significantly promotes the high-quality development of listed companies in the anti-corruption high-pressure areas. Specifically, the new anti-corruption policy improved the total factor productivity of enterprises and effectively promotes the high-quality development of enterprises by improving the business environment in the region where enterprises are located, restraining the politically related behaviors between enterprise executives and government officials, and improving the innovation efficiency of enterprises. This paper provided empirical evidence from a micro perspective for the effective evaluation of the implementation of the new anti-corruption policy, enriching the research literature in the field of anti-corruption, and contributing to the implementation and further development of the current national anti-corruption practice.
